Exmissions

CPWN has one of the most comprehensive and personalized exmissions programs in the city. Families are strongly encouraged to begin the exmissions process the year before their desired entry into an ongoing school. All families are supported by the director at every step in the process. A detailed report is provided for each child outlining his/her strengths and learning style. The director meets with each family 4-6 times during the ongoing school admissions cycle to review school choices, offer guidance on admissions testing, and assist parents with the preparation of applications and interviews.

Kingergarten admissions in New York City can be an incredibly complex and stressful process. Please join our Director, Elizabeth Matthews PhD, at our Exmissions Workshop on Thursday, April 26th. This informative workshop will cover everything you need to know to find the right school for your child and your family.  Dr. Matthews will discuss topics from testing to timelines and school selection.
