ANNOUNCEMENT:
We will be holding spring tours of the school for parents who are thinking of applying for the 2009-2010 school year. They will be on two Wednesday mornings, April 30 and May 21st from 8:45 to 9:45AM. RSVP to admissions@cpwn.org.


Our application process for admission for the 2009-10 year is as follows:

1. If you would like the opportunity to visit our school and meet the teachers, please join us at one of our open houses:
   a. Thursday, September 25, 2008 at 6:00 PM.
   b. Thursday, November 6, 2008 at 6:00 PM.

Please RSVP to admissions@cpwn.org and indicate which open house you plan on attending along with the number in your party.

2. After you have reviewed our material and made a decision to continue the application process, please fill out the application (available here or via e-mail at admissions@cpwn.org) and the clerical committee contact sheet (available here) and mail both forms to our address with the $45 application fee.

3. Contact the school at admissions@cpwn.org to sign up for:
    a. a tour of the school
    b. a playgroup session so we can meet your child.

4. Acceptance letters and contracts for the next school year will be mailed on the ISAAGNY notification date, in early March, 2009. Contracts must be signed and returned to us, with the deposit, by noon on the ISAAGNY parent reply date, in mid-March , 2009, to reserve a place for your child. Please note that we do not require first choice letters for acceptance.

Age Requirements for 2009-2010:
3-Year-Olds: 3.0 by September 2009
4-Year-Olds: 4.0 by September 2009

Tuition for the 2009-2010 school year:
3-4's (8:45-1:00): $15,500
4-5's: (8:45-2:30): $16,950

New families also make a $500 loan, refundable when their child leaves the school.

Financial aid is available and applicants with need are encouraged to apply.
