Admissions
We will begin accepting applications for the 2012-2013 academic year on September 6th, the day after Labor Day. Our application process for admissions is as follows:
STEP 1: Submit an Application - Complete the application and return it to our address along with the $50 application fee. If you are interested in applying for finanical aid, please complete our financial aid application, and return it with the admissions application, along with a copy of your most recent tax return.
STEP 2: Attend a Parent Information Session - This is a chance for parents to come tour the school, learn more about our program and meet our Director and faculty. We will be offering two sessions for 2012-2013 Admissions. Both events will be held at CPWN and will last about an hour. We will contact you with your session date after receiving your child's application.
STEP 3: Child Playgroup - This is normally the last step of the admissions process. Your child will have an opportunity to explore our school and interact with our teachers during their 30-minute play session.
Acceptance Letters and contracts for the next school year will be mailed out on the ISAAGNY notification date, in early March 2012. Contracts then must be signed and returned to us, with the deposit, by noon on the ISAAGNY reply date, in order to reserve a spot for your child. Please note, we do not require or accept first choice letters.
Age Requirements for 2012-2013:
3-Year-Olds: 2.9 by September 2012
4-Year-Olds: 4.0 by September 2012
Tuition for the 2011-2012 school year:
3-4's (8:45-12:00): $16,025
4-5's: (8:45-2:30): $17,800
Financial aid is available and applicants with need are encouraged to apply.
